Vision
The company logo represents all three elements of Business, ICT and Management by giving each their own colour. All three elements must be coordinated and synchronised with each other as well as with the process of change in order to reach an effective and acceptable solution. Our vision has been inspired by Prof. Dr. Léon de Caluwé’s colour theory of change.

The change that manifests in a power play between people with different interests and which is aimed at "feasible" solutions is represented by the colour yellow. "Yellow print thinking" is the term used for this. Yellow, the colour of the sun and fire, refers to the hatching process. Combining ideas or points of view and forming coalitions or power blocks are favoured methods in this type of change process. The symbol "print" indicates the planned process of change.

Change which is based on a pre-determined, clearly specified result, precise implementation and detailed guidelines is typified as "blue print thinking". Change in this case is a rational process, aimed at the "best" solution. The blueprint stands for the design, the sketch.

In "red print thinking", change is determined by the correct manner of motivating and stimulating people. This change is aimed at the ‘gentle’ aspects of the organisation, such as staff, management style, talents and competences. Red is the colour of human blood.

In our vision - Business is represented by the colour yellow, ICT by the colour blue and Management by the colour red. The interaction between all three elements is both a captivating and demanding process. To realise lasting results it is therefore important that the process of change is approached in an integral manner.

Business
Main activities of a company might be: research, procurement, production, sales, ICT, HR, consultancy and/or finance. These core activities, otherwise known as the "business" of the company, are subject to continuous changes. A decisive organisation must implement adaptations, both internally and externally, in strategy, processes, information management and ICT. These adaptations will need to be negotiated by the various stakeholders and will be aimed at "feasible" solutions.

ICT
An organisation without a solid ICT strategy and policy rapidly loses its competitive advantage. The best result will be one which is able to respond rapidly to the changing trends in business while providing the business adequate and durable ICT solutions.

Management
The implementation of change is often a heavy task. In turbulent and complex surroundings the objectives are frequently altered. For this reason it is important that the change is managed in a systematic manner while stimulating and motivating the work environment in order to achieve an optimum result (change management).
